Terms of Service

The basics of using Clean Paw Club online checkout and yard cleanup service. Have counsel review before you rely on this for anything formal.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Agreement

By using the Clean Paw Club website, requesting a quote, or completing online checkout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase service.

These terms are a practical operating agreement for our pet waste removal service. They are not a substitute for advice from your own attorney.

Who we are

Clean Paw Club (“we,” “us”) provides dog waste cleanup service for residential yards in the towns offered at checkout. Service availability, towns, and open visit days are shown during pricing and may change as routes fill.

The service

We remove dog waste from designated outdoor service areas on your property according to the plan you select (for example weekly, twice-weekly, or one-time).

Collected waste is bagged and removed from the service area according to local disposal guidelines.

Service does not include veterinary care, training, landscaping, or cleanup of waste that is not reasonably accessible under the access notes you provide.

Online signup and accounts

You can price a plan and checkout online without speaking to us first. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, service address, town, dog count, yard information, and gate or access notes.

If access details are incomplete or incorrect, we may be unable to complete a visit and may reschedule.

Access and your responsibilities

You usually do not need to be home if we have clear access instructions for gates and the service area.

For everyone’s comfort, we recommend securing dogs indoors or away from the service area when possible. Share any special notes on your quote request.

If a gate is locked or access is blocked, we’ll try to reach you with the details on file and may reschedule the visit.

You are responsible for keeping the service area safe and free of hazards that would unreasonably prevent cleanup (for example unmarked hazards, aggressive animals, or blocked access).

Scheduling, weather, and missed visits

Visit days are assigned based on town routing and available capacity at checkout. We may adjust timing within a service day as the route runs.

Service may be delayed or rescheduled during severe weather when conditions are unsafe. We’ll communicate changes when possible.

If we miss a scheduled visit for reasons within our control, we will work with you to make up the visit or otherwise address it fairly. Missed visits caused by locked gates, blocked access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate access notes may not be refunded.

Pricing, billing, and payment

Displayed prices start from about $84/month for weekly service and vary by dogs, yard size, frequency, and plan. The total shown at checkout is what you authorize.

Recurring plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly (or otherwise disclosed) basis until canceled. One-time plans are charged as shown at checkout.

By completing checkout you authorize the charges associated with your selected plan, including applicable taxes if collected.

Billing details and cancellation terms are confirmed when you start service. Reach out anytime with questions before you enroll.

Cancellation and changes

You may cancel or request plan changes by contacting us using the email or phone on this website, or through any customer account tools we provide.

Cancellations take effect according to the billing cycle and notice we confirm with you. Charges already processed for completed or in-progress service periods are generally non-refundable unless we say otherwise.

We may suspend or cancel service for unpaid invoices, repeated access failures, unsafe conditions, or misuse of the service.

Communications and photos

We may contact you by email, phone, or text about scheduling, access, on-the-way notices, visit completion, billing, and service updates using the contact details you provide.

Field technicians may take completion photos (for example a closed gate or cleaned yard area) to confirm the visit. Those photos are used for service quality and customer communication, not for unrelated advertising without your permission.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about or purchasing our service. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misuse checkout or CRM systems.

Website content is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We perform service with reasonable care, but outdoor conditions vary. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability related to any visit or billing dispute is limited to the amount you paid us for the service period at issue, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under Massachusetts or federal law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms for future visits and billing periods.
