Do I need to be home?
Usually you do not need to be home if we have clear access instructions for gates and the service area. Include access notes on your quote request.
What happens if my gate is locked?
If a gate is locked or access is blocked, we’ll try to reach you with the details on file and may reschedule the visit.
Can my dog stay outside during service?
For everyone’s comfort, we recommend securing dogs indoors or away from the service area when possible. Share any special notes on your quote request.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. Our One-Time Yard Reset is available for yards that need a thorough fresh start. Pricing is quoted based on yard condition and size.
Do you serve homes with multiple dogs?
Yes. Multi-dog homes are welcome. Tell us how many dogs you have when you request a quote so we can recommend the right frequency and plan.
What happens during bad weather?
Service may be delayed or rescheduled during severe weather when conditions are unsafe. We’ll communicate changes when possible.
How do billing and cancellations work?
Billing details and cancellation terms are confirmed when you start service. Reach out anytime with questions before you enroll.
What do you do with the collected waste?
Collected waste is bagged and removed from the service area according to local disposal guidelines.
